RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Southern Roots Apparel, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our shirts are made to order, please review your size and order details carefully before placing your order.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or otherwise show signs of use may not be eligible for a return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on approved returns.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item.
Please provide your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the issue was caused by Southern Roots Apparel, we will work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or was made incorrectly due to an error on our part.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
After the 1-hour cancellation window, your order may have entered production and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
REFUNDS
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
