PROCESSING TIME
Because our apparel is made to order, please allow 3–5 business days for production and processing before your order ships. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, product drops, or periods of high order volume.

Standard Shipping: $8
FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $70 or more
Express Shipping: $15Shipping charges and available shipping options are displayed at checkout.
DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Southern Roots Apparel is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
ORDER & ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
LOST, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right. For packages marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier and then contact us if additional assistance is needed.
